White House Event Center, Anaheim, Spring Ball

IMG_2926

The White House Event Center is located in Anaheim, California.  Do not let the busy streets of Highway 39 deter you from this beautiful venue.  Located at the far end of various store fronts, the White House has a room with classic decor and another room with a club atmosphere, separated by a patio area.

For this event, Santa Ana College’s International Student Program held their Annual Spring Ball.  For many of the students, it was their first time dressing up and attending a formal dance (as many students come from areas where Proms and formal dances do not exist).  It was a lovely evening with dining and dancing to a variety of music.

Services provided: uplighting (interior and exterior), dance lighting, fog effect, gobo, sound and music

Noon Year’s Eve, Discovery Science Center

Noon Year’s Eve at Discovery Science Center in Santa Ana!  Family friendly atmosphere with activities for the kids and sparkling cider for the noontime countdown and toast.  Assisted by DJ Heartless during the long day.

First Birthday, Cerritos

While DJing on Halloween, someone got my information and asked me to DJ for their daughter’s one-year birthday party.  The entire family enjoys music and dancing, so I don’t see why it would not be passed on to their daughter.

Happy Birthday Zoya!

Halloween, Huntington Beach, Music and Lighting

Back for my third year onto Canberra Lane in Huntington Beach.  I get hired to play music and get the kids excited.  I see it as an opportunity for the parents to have a moment of fun.  Rather than just going house to house, people take a couple minutes to have fun with random people; music becoming a common factor.  I took requests and I got some tips;  kids even dropped some candy in my bucket.

Another client down the street fed me and kept me quenched throughout the night.  Can’t think of another way to “work”.

Services:  Music, dance lighting, lasers, black light, uplights, fog machine

ROTC Spring Ball, UCLA

A former student is attending UCLA and is part of the Navy ROTC program.  It was my pleasure in bringing music and lighting to this event.  Also a great chance to visit my alma mater.  It also reminded me why I avoid L.A. traffic and stick to the O.C.  Thank you Terry T!
